Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, colour TV, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, duvets, pillows, cot and high chair. (Cot linen not provided).

Miscellaneous

Ample car parking space, enclosed patio, garden furniture and barbeque. Well behaved pets welcome.

View Cottage (sleeps 4) - £250 to £400

Bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time 3:00 p.m. Depart by 10:30 a.m.
20% deposit on booking. Balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Booking Conditions

• As per Fire Regulations, the number occupying the cottage must not exceed the number stated.
• Toiletries and groceries are your responsibility.
• We cannot accept liability for accidents or injuries which occur during your stay at Homeview Cottages.
• If you have children, please ensure they are properly supervised at all times.
• Your baggage, cars and other belongings are your responsibility and we cannot accept responsibility for their loss or damage.
• Please let us know as soon as possible if anything is missing, broken or needs repair, and we will deal with it quickly. If you have anything to pay for damages, please settle up before your departure.
• Please vacate your cottage in the clean and tidy condition you found it.
